During the meeting, Tinubu expressed his preference for Senator Akpabio as the next Senate President, with Senator Jibrin Barau as his deputy.
The meeting also reached a compromise on the next Speaker of the House of Representatives, with Abbas Tajudeen being chosen to preside over the 10th House.
