Reforming passports: NIS reassigns 15 comptrollers

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has approved the reposting of 15 passport officers to strengthen the ongoing reform process.

The acting Comptroller General, Caroline Adepoju, stated that the NIS is committed to upgrading passport administration and ensuring service-oriented passport offices.

The affected offices include Alausa and Festac in Lagos, Edo, Anambra, Bayelsa, Kogi, Nassarawa, Plateau, Enugu, Abia, Kano, Taraba, and Ondo.
